Very difficult weekend for Patrick BAY’s team with the MERCEDES – SASH of the NM team
Three days before the race we are informed that Patrick’s fellow driver is leaving the Championship.
Poorly advised by a “sponsor-manager” who thinks they are superior and that they have to be paid to continue, they throw away the first place in the championship. The team does not give in to blackmail, makes a group and finds a pilot in the person of Guillermo Aso.
Luck was not on our side with a broken suspension that prevented us from scoring in the first race
The second race was also difficult due to a car damaged by a collision with several competitors during the first stop.
Despite this incident, the effort of both drivers was rewarded by a third place in GT4. Patrick BAY at the end is now third in the general classification, a few points behind the head.
